We apologize for the delay in getting your order. As a small business we do not print and warehouse our products. They are made to order , which sometimes extends the order fulfillment period.
It looks like you received your order on October 27 at 11:48am. We did suggest it would be there by the 24th because at that time it was received in your city by the local carrier.
As for the second survey, we agree tht two surveys for one order is a bit excessive. We wilol revise that configuration to our review system going forward.
We understand you are frustrated and apologize for the delay. You mentioned we lost your business and while that is regrettable, we still value your feedback and your purchase.
As two veterans, trying to grow a small business into something bigger, we know we cannot deliver like Amazon, but perhaps one day, right?
At any rate, we hope you at least enjoy the designs you purchased. Many others seem to be happy with those same products.
