30-Day Money Back Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to be happy with your DIA gear. So we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you're not happy with your DIA gear, just reach out to us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you your money, including any shipping paid. We'll even pay for shipping the item back. It's that simple.

Some exceptions apply, such as custom orders, but the list is short. Please see below for additional exceptions.

Exchanges
DIA gear can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in brand new condition, unused & unworn.

Exchanges are simple: To initiate an exchange, please reach out to us at support@diaeveryday.com. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Just drop the package in the mail and once we receive notification of the return, we'll place the order for the exchange for you.

Some additional charges may apply (examples: price difference for a larger size, if applicable, or an exchange for a different item that costs more). We will also credit any difference back if the item being exchanged for costs less. We'll cover all the details in our email to you.

Sorry, no exchanges on custom ordered, discounted, or sale items.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of receipt, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your gear is defective, we can exchange it for a new product at no additional charge. We may request some pictures of the defective item, but just reach out to us at support@diaeveryday.com and we can walk you through the process.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on discounted items, sale items, or gift cards unless they are defective or we made a mistake. But we're always happy to work something out, so don't hesitate to contact us at support@diaeveryday.com.

Refunds
All refunds will applied to your original payment method. You'll receive email confirmation of applied refunds and if you have a DIA Account, you can view all transactions, including refunds and exchanges, on your account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post refunds.
