Your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to be happy with your DIA gear. So we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you're not happy with your DIA gear, just reach out to us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you your money, including any paid shipping. We'll even pay to ship your item back. It's that simple.
Some exceptions apply, such as custom orders, but the list is short. Please see below for additional exceptions.

Unused / unworn items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to our review of the item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of receipt, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your gear is defective, we can exchange it for a new product at no additional charge. We may request some pictures of the defective item, but just reach out to us at email@example.com and we can walk you through the process.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on discounted items, sale items, or gift cards unless they are defective or we made a mistake. But we're always happy to work something out, so don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All refunds will applied to your original payment method. You will receive email confirmation of applied refunds and if you have a DIA Account, you can view all transactions, including refunds and exchanges, on your account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post refunds.

Following product fulfillment, domestic orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days via United State Postal Service (USPS) Mail. Additional carriers may be utilized and the appropriate tracking numbers will be provided. We also ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We currently do not accept international orders or ship internationally.
Sometimes there is a delay for USPS tracking numbers to update. Your tracking number will be updated by the USPS tracking system once your package reaches a USPS checkpoint. Please allow 2-3 business days for status updates.
Currently, DIA does not accept international orders.
