NEVER FORGET THE KABUL 13!
By DIA
"Unfortunate" is the wrong word.
For the U.S. government to say that the catastrophic events at Abbey Gate were merely "unfortunate" let's them:
- Deny their role in the terrorist attack,
- Brush-Off their neglect & intentional lack of action, and
- Negate their betrayal of the Kabul 13 and the United States.
And they used this word on purpose, with no remorse.
Another Power Reminder
August 26, 2021 will forever be burned into our memory. Another powerful reminder of what happens when a superpower...one that prides itself on its unmatched military might and intelligence capabilities, blatantly disregards actionable intelligence.
How could the U.S. government and the U.S. military, armed with some of the world's most sophisticated intelligence networks, let over 180 innocent lives be lost?
How could the U.S. government and the U.S. military stand by as 13 of our Own Sons and Daughters be mercilessly slaughtered?
This Was Not Just An Oversight
But a disrespectful failing of duty and an insult to the ideals America claims to uphold. Suppose we as a global community and as American citizens don't demand answers and hold those in power accountable?
In that case, we're all complicit in every tear shed, every life lost, and every ounce of grief that echos from that ill-fated day at Kabul's Abbey Gate. It's a simple reality: In warfare lives are lost, often needlessly. Yet every single one of those lives holds stories, dreams, families, and aspirations that were brutally cut short.
The Kabul 13
They were more than just numbers on a casualty list: they were 13 souls who stepped into the line of duty, fully aware of the risks, but driven by a commitment to safeguard others. Their loss isn't just a tragedy for their families, but for our entire nation. The Kabul 13 bravely served all of us.
To forget them would be an unthinkable injustice. Help ensure that their memories remain alive... Serving as a constant reminder of the real cost of policy missteps and leadership failures.
Vow to NEVER FORGET the Kabul 13. Honor Them by wearing the DIA Kabul 13 Abbey Gate hoodie.
Proceeds from the sale of this hoodie go to the survivors and family members of the Abbey Gate / Kabul Airport Terror Attack.
NEVER FORGET THE KABUL 13!

Supporting the lives of Veterans, Service Members, First Responders, & their Families
From David, DIA Founder & CEO
From the inception of DIA in 2021, my goal was to design and sell gear that helps spread the message that each and every single one of us already has what it takes to be great. The only thing that is required is Discipline, Intensity, and Action every day towards whatever you feel will make you great.
In addition to spreading the DIA message, I also wanted to give back to those who sacrifice so much. Because my business partner and I are United States Marine Corps Veterans, we understand the sacrifices service members and their families make in the support and protection of our country and it's citizens. We hold veterans in high regard because they wanted to be and have achieved greatness. Some service members even going as far as giving their lives for you and me.
In addition to supporting veterans and service members, we also feel that First Responders sacrifice so much for us as well. They put their safety and lives on the line every single day.
Therefore, DIA gives back by donating a percentage of proceeds from the sale of all DIA gear to organizations that support the lives of Veterans, Service Members, First Responders, & their Families. We know they sacrifice so much to help ensure our freedom and safety.
Organizations we've donated to since 2021 include:
- Flanders Fields
- Children of Fallen Patriots
- The Paddy Brown Foundation (Captain Paddy Brown was a USMC Vet)
- Operation Allies Refuge Foundation
- National Fallen Firefighters Foundation
Although we're still a startup, we know Veterans, Service Members, First Responders, & their Families need our help. And that's what we will continue to do: to help those that help keep us free and safe, even if we are unable to turn a profit. It just makes sense to us.
If you have any questions or know of good organizations that could use our help, please reach out.
