Most importantly, I love the critical messages the shirts deliver. My shirt is in rememberance of the Kabul 13. In addition, the quality of the product is outstanding. My sweatshirt is warm and a little longer in the body than most. Customer service is also great. I had to upsize my sweatshirt and the staff made it super-easy.

Second time ordering from DIA. The shirts sizing and material fit perfect, the graphics are top notch and supporting the cause of John Chapman and those Heroes that were listed in Benghazi is something I will never stop doing. Back a year or two ago I actually submitted a request to have the Chapman shirt reflect an Air Force Blue color in it. I received a message back from DIA that my suggestion would br considered and a few months later DIA sent another message that they were going to produce a Chapman shirt with the blue graphics. Not very often something like this happens but I am happy to own a few Chapman shirts now and they are treasured possessions to me. It is a pleasure to support a dedicated, Veteran owned company that gives back and supports our Heroes!! Well Done,

High quality, high rate of customer service availability, personable, always looking to make something work for the customer. When it comes to dealing with typical companies in the world today, these people are a breath of fresh air. Someone got back to me at like 7pm. I was shocked. They also sent me an email to verify that I received the last one since they hadn't heard from me and wanted to check in on my return. Great stuff. You could really tell they strive to have a good product and satisfied customers. They cared.
