What do I need to take advantage of the DIA Guarantee?

You need to have your purchase order number found on your emailed receipt, along with the article you want to return or exchange.

What's covered under the DIA Guarantee?

We guarantee against premature color fading of the shirt or the print, premature rips and tears not caused by excessive wear and excessive shrinking, or manufacturing defects. In some cases, the shirts just don't fit right. We want you to be happy. In most cases we're happy to work with you outside of these "normal" situations. Just get ahold of us.

What if the article I purchased is no longer available?

Then we will replace it with an item of your choice of equal or lesser value.
